Manhattan Beach Tree Section

The North Manhattan Beach neighborhood known more commonly as "The Tree Section" to local residents is located just West of Sepulveda.  The Tree Section is recognized by many as one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan Beach to raise a family.  The majority of homes in this area are typically less expensive than similar homes found in Manhattan Beach's "Hill Section" & generally more expensive than homes located East of Sepulveda. 

Like most of Manhattan Beach, this neighborhood has experienced a tremendous amount of new construction as the older beach homes are replaced with homes more suitable for today's lifestyles.  Families are often seen at play in the front yard and neighbors are often engaged in social activities together reflecting  high levels of commitment to traditional American family values.

The "Tree Section" is boarded on the North by Rosecrans Avenue, South by Manhattan Beach Blvd and on the East by Sepulveda Boulevard.  The West boundary is a combination of Valley Avenue & the base of a natural boundary created by a sand dune (Now better known as the "Sand Section".
